Lee Adams is instructed in the first prosecution brought by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), formed from the former regulator the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The FCA prosecution focusses on allegations of fraud in the form of land banking and running an unregulated Collective Investment Scheme (CIS).
