Full time civil litigation paralegal

Hughmans is a boutique law firm based in the City of London specialising in high level civil litigation and serious crime. The firm consists of a small team of individuals in a friendly, self-driven environment. Further details about the firm and its members can be found throughout our website.

The firm are now looking to recruit a new paralegal to the civil litigation department. Depending on the individual there is scope for progression to a training contract and retention following qualification.

No prior experience is necessary but the successful candidate will be:-

  • Punctual and well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keenly interested in civil litigation
  • Self-driven and willing to learn quickly
  • Competent in all the usual Microsoft programs

The working hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and the successful candidate will provide full support to the civil litigation department including liaising with clients, the courts, attending court hearings and meetings as well as conducting research and undertaking administrative tasks such as photocopying.

Starting salary £19,000

2:1 degree required (not necessarily in Law)
